WHM Update and page problem

I just did an upgrade to WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-S120
and everything worked fine,
but when I create account and try to upload .php page to an created fine it wont't open it, buy I can access cpanel of the site with no problem.

for example: I can't open http://url.com/index.php
buy I can open http://url.com/cpanel

Does anyone know or had the same problem?

I did /scripts/easyapache
and selected option [6]
and worked.
