whmnews display problem

Has anyone had a problem like this with whmnews page (see screen capture below). It's not a firewall (port) problem. It's not a cache problem with local browser.

I've tried just about everything I can think of with no success. Searched here and webhostingtalk with no luck. I'm stumped! It started out of the blue with no update (I manually update).

Tried... rm -f /var/cpanel/objcache/whmnews
service cpanel restart

No joy...

If anyone else ever has this problem and is running mod_security, the "SecServerSignature" was causing the problem... Just commented out and everything works fine. (I manually installed mod_security, the cpanel install probably does not have this problem)
