    Default Why is email still being delivered to SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS?

    This issue is about 2yrs old. Cpanel should be ashamed of their faces! How many times does this have to be bought up? How many times has it been posted in these forums including countless tickets to their support? Why cant they get it together?

    Suspended accounts still receive email. WHY? If an account is suspended users should not be able to receive email nor should they be able to pop their account.

    GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!! and fix this damn bug!

    Actually, I need to second your request there. Am having the same issues with suspended accounts and opened a buggazilla request .

    I have same BUG on WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83 !!

    I'm new to cpanel, though I've been hosting for a few years.

    I would expect suspended accounts to still receive mail. But I wouldn't expect the user to be able to login and retrieve that mail. Can the suspended user login and get their mail? If so, there's a problem.

    Otherwise, remember that this is a suspended account and may be reactivated.

    Hey all,
    technically what you have here is not a bug as such... it is just how the feature was set up. I really believe that the account suspensions are laaaacking as what they are now.

    I posted a feature request to Bugzilla a while ago but have still not recieved enough votes for the developers to take a look at it.. Soooo If you would like to see the ability to lock out POP, FTP etc when suspending an account pop over and vote for the bug (enhansement) and feel free to add any comments (link: http://bugzilla.cpanel.net/show_bug.cgi?id=2279)

    does anyone really know how many votes it takes before the developers will consider that a particular enhansement request is worth looking at?
