why i cant disable eximstats

hello

I cant disable eximstats, why ??

I go to Tweak setting, turn off option "Exim Stats Daemon (required for..."

and next go to Service Manager, tunr off "eximstats" and save, and there is the problem

when i go second time to Service Manager, eximstats is on, why ??

I want to turn of this high load server, eximstats...
WHM 9.4.0 cPanel 9.4.1-S65

I can only imagine your eximstats gets restarted by chkservd.
To disable eximstats,
change the line
service[eximstats]=x,x,x,/scripts/ckillall -9 eximstats;/usr/local/cpanel/bin/eximstats,eximstats,root|mailnull

to
#service[eximstats]=x,x,x,/scripts/ckillall -9 eximstats;/usr/local/cpanel/bin/eximstats,eximstats,root|mailnull

in /etc/chkserv.d/eximstats and optionally chattr +i that file.
Restart chkservd.

Remove eximstats from /var/run/chkservd if it is there.
From that point on, there should be no more eximstats.

and i have email eximstats failed @ Fri Jul 23 08:53:34 2004. A restart was attempted automagicly.

I cant find /etc/chkserv.d/eximstats on my server for change above setting.
Also, exim stats disabled on service manager in whm.
But i see heavy mysql process for eximstats too!
How can resolve this issue?
