    No idea, what checking have you deon from shell? Have you checked if it has a parent process and if so, which one is it?

    I found your notes very inappropriate towards Jonathan (Chirpy). I think Jonathan should be paid for his time and dedication helping other people. I don't believe that any one get paid for their participating in this forum. Jonathan and so many other users see this forum as a vehicle for sharing thoughts, ideas, and experience with the CPanel/WHM control panel. We, all, come together working as a community helping each other to troubleshoot technical issues related to CPanel and related tools FREE of charge, and we should be grateful.
