Why no htcacheclean in easy apache (cpanel apache compiler) ?

htcacheclean is used to keep the size of mod_disk_cache's storage within a certain limit. This tool can run either manually or in daemon mode. You can stop the daemon cleanly by sending it a TERM or INT signal.

From what I'm reading, isn't htcacheclean a command-line utility rather than an Apache or PHP module?

This utility is installed at /usr/local/apache/bin/htcacheclean. What problems are you encountering with it?
