Will CPANEL AIM aleert work ??

Hello All

I have setup the Im alert for service down from within WHM >> Basic Cpanel setup >>
But even though the password is CORRECT I am getting the below message everytime when a service is down.

icontact_sendim: AIM server closed the connection or rejected the password for a24uall
===========

Any idea ??? Any suggestions ???
