I am using a lot of Perl and PHP scripts at my site. So far on my dedicated server the suexec and phpsuexec are both turned off.
Will my Perl/PHP scripts have problems if I turned on suexec and phpsuexec?

I can safely say I've had no trouble with the suexec wrappers, however you may have quite a few file permissions to change if youve been running without them.
Can you please explain more on what file permission I have to change if I turn them on?

suphp/phpsuexec require 755 file permissions. They don't allow 777 files or directories. Any 777 files or directories will fail to load and basically break the users site so these need to be changed.
Read up more on it, you also need to go through and modify all their .htaccess files if they're using php_flag options as well since this will further break.
