I have one customer who is using VISTA and can in no way use FTP software for his cPanel hosted account, nor use WebDisk, nor any publishing software that uses FTP.

He made sure, as much as I can tell, that there is no firewall blocking port 20 and 21, and we did all the stuff of switching from PASV mode, tried more than one FTP program, etc. etc. etc.

Seems that VISTA itself is the problem, yet I have only found vague hints about this on the web. And I am sure that we have other hosted customers using VISTA.

Anyone ever come across this one?
