Default Word is cpanel + 2.6.9 kernel = bad news

I'm currently experiencing the issue and after working with my DC for the past 2 hours trying to get a server back online they have had reports about cpanel pushing some updates last night which have affected servers running kernel 2.6.9.

Just some heads up on some news that was passed on to me.

I take it you're using RHEL ? Were these rhel3-U4 updates ? You probably forgot to put mod-utils in the skiplist ? Don't think its a cpanel related issue mate, its user error if thats the case
