    Default worms/viruses in mail

Is there any explainations for the following?

A few clients say that they are receiving emails from uncreated accounts on their domain containing worms/viruses.

We have closed relays and wonder if any information can be found to cause this.

Worms/viruses tend to spoof the address they are being sent from i.e. they make it up completely. Therefore the From: address is not to be trusted.

You should really consider installing some server-side virus scanning to intercept and prevent virus infected emails. I'd personally recommend Chirpy's MailScanner package.
