Wrong mailbox sizes

Hello,
One of my client had a problem sending emails i checked his account under email section and saw 0/150MB so i thought its something with his computer but then when i checked the exim_mainlog i saw : Mailbox quota exceeded
The i checked his mail directory with DU and saw 53280 - so 53 MB insead of 0MB how can i fix this problem ??

Please post the contents of the email account's maildirsize file:

Has their been a resolution for this. We've also received sporadic reports, and have been able to confirm the exact same thing occurring within several of the accounts we host. Here is the contents of the maildirsize file from the latest report of this type:

In our case, they have a 200MB email account quota, but when they have 10MB or so in their account, they are unable to receive an email with an attachment that is only a few MBs large, here's what showed up in the bounced message headers in this particular case:
