    Default wrt files in /tmp/

does anyone know what causes a wrt**** file to be written into the /tmp directory? I am seeing this on a few servers with one containing a few 100 from the last day or two. It seems to be some type of buffer from apache that is being written to disk. Beyond reading the actual file for clues, does anyone know of another way to loacte the account that is resulting in the file being written to /tmp? I have had luck in the past just reading the files and lokking for a /home/ path but these all seem to be generic wiki module files, and are owned by apache in the /tmp directory.

    Thanks!

has mod_gzip changed? I recall in the past that it placed *.wrk files in the /tmp directory.

I have that problem, some user that have tikiwiki pull ON option:

    Output compression
    output compression is active.
    compression is handled by: tiki

I turn off that option, now i dont have any wrt* files in tmp
