    Default www.TheHelper.net

    Hey
Ok, today I went on www.TheHelper.net, which is a site that helps people on computer problems, games, etc. But when I went on that site, cPanel showed up. And it said like the site you’ve tried to go on doesn’t work! All I’m particually saying is that www.TheHelper.net doesn’t work anymore because of your cPanel thing! I was wondering why this is happening? Also when go on www.Google.com, and type in www.TheHelper.net and click Google cache, it shows a preview of www.TheHelper.net! So can someone please help me on my problem?
    Thanks

It's not failing BECAUSE of Cpanel. What you are seeing is that nothing is there ANYMORE so the Cpanel screen comes up.

Of course the google cache shows something different, thats a CACHE, something older than the current contents.

Either www.thehelper.net no longer exists OR they are having system problems.

Or they haven't paid the bill with their hosting provider.

    DataCenter Provider

Default This sounds so resident to the Tuttle Effect...

This sounds just like to Tuttle Effect...

the City manager of Tuttle Oklahoma tried to tell the makers of Cent OS they were causing the cities website to be offline ---

cPanel is a software application that allows the clients to manage their websites...

Either the website was deleted, shutdown, the DNS was changed, or for someother reason the website was no longer on that server....

in short - It is not cPanel's fault.

    hope that helps

It appears their DNS is set to use AffordableHost.com @ Network solutions

    NORTH.AFFORDABLEHOST.COM 216.46.192.60
    SOUTH.AFFORDABLEHOST.COM 216.46.192.61
    EAST.AFFORDABLEHOST.COM 216.46.203.188

    thehelper.net. A IN 3600 69.16.196.38 thehelper.net. NS IN 3600 ns1.genwebhost.com. thehelper.net. NS IN 3600 ns2.genwebhost.com. thehelper.net. NS IN 3600 ns3.genwebhost.com. thehelper.net. NS IN 3600 ns4.genwebhost.com

interestingly enough when you go to http://genwebhost.com - that is empty as well ...

Most likely their host is having some issues.

Uh oh, if their host is having the same "problem" it could be something we have been seeing ALOT lately. Go to www.webhostingtalk.com and ask about genwebhost.com, looks a little like the host might have flown the coop and all of their sites might be down.

I could be wrong, but I have seen this so many times in the past few months.
