www works, http doesn't

A client of mine is having problems with his website. I just changed his domain in cPanel, and he can view his site fine with http://www.domain.com, however http://domain.com displays a white page. I checked the DNS entrys and everything looks fine.

Any ideas?

look in your httpd.conf file for his domain

look for:
ServerAlias www.domain.com domain.com
or
ServerAlias domain.com www.domain.com

not sure which order, i know it's one of those.

It's probably a propagation issue. Wait 12-36 hrs. and try again.

www. works http:// doesnt vice versa

Whenever I put www. in front of my Domain it fails but it works fine without www.

http://www.mydomain.com works, but http://mydomain.com doesn't work [moved]

http://www.domain works and not http://domain
