xhtml/css style design for cpanel?

Does the cpanel team plan on making editing cpanel skin easier in the future? It would be very nice if we can all design our own skins, I know its possible but its a difficult job but it should be easy so all of us would have custom cpanel skins for ourselves...

1st thing I would change is the file manager, it's so fugly

They should seriously think about redesigning cpanel with better html coding.
