Default XSLT installed but not working

I have both dom-xslt and sabot-xslt installed but my client is getting this error:

    MM_XSLTransform error.
The server could not perform the XSL transformation because an XSLT processor for PHP could not be found. Contact your server administrator and ask them to install an XSLT processor for PHP.

    How do I fix?

    Hello,

I've ben watching your post for sometime now. I am interested in XSL with PHP5. I kept trying install it on cPanel, did a lot of reading trying etc.

I don't why cPanel support team is ignoring this post??

Anyways, I assume your problem is with PHP5,

What I have found so far is that with PHP5 you don't need DOm XSLT and you don't need Sabolt XSLT. You need those if you are using PHP4.

So, to compile PHP5 you only need this directive: --with-xsl
    or: --with-xsl=dir
where dir is the location you installed libxslt 1.0.1B or greater. http://xmlsoft.org/XSLT/

Now, my WHM easyapache doesn't have --with-xsl directive available, only DomXSLT and Soblot XSLT. So, we have to do it manually, until stupid cPanel includes it in its holy page of easyapache.

I haven't tried to do it manually yet. i will try and come back later on this.

I hope others will participate their experiences too.

    Thanks

Actually guys there is a none problem with the current released XSLT, XSL, and XML2
libraries released with several linux distributions commonly used alongside Cpanel ...

CentOS v4.x is the most effected but I have also seen the problem in Fedora 5 and above.

This issue has nothing to do with Cpanel so stop blaming them!

Yum is several steps behind the game though and you can get around the issue by
rebuilding these libraries from the latest source from their respective sites.

This is a community forum for users of our software to collaborate. cPanel staff members (especially the busy support staff) do not routinely patrol these forums and as such you should not expect responses from cPanel support staff on threads posted to this forum.

If you want to speak to the cPanel support staff, I recommend submitting a support ticket.
