YaBB upgrade emails to customer

How I can I stop the YaBB upgrade notification emails being sent to my customer. I have uninstalled the forum and terminated it completely from the server addons in web host manager.

I did that and got an instant resolution. I'll post so it might help someone else:

I have removed the yaml file for this install. You should no longer receive emails regarding this user's yabb install.
