Yahoo Groups bounce

Hello,
I am using the new AV for mail add-on from Cpanel.

the problem is that my customers get bounced from yahoo groups repeatedly, because when someone send a mail with a virus , an error message is sent back to the sender's mail server, causing the recepient address to get bounced.

Please tell me how to reconfigure mailscanner options to just block the viruses and not sending ackowlegment back to the sender, something as blackhole.

How about reading the mailscanner documentation ? The option is in your mailscanner config file, if you can't find that, and you have no understanding of how mailscanner works, perhaps you shouldn't have it installed in the first place ?
