    or you have exceeded your resource/account allocation.

    I don't understand, WHY?!!

    I'm root. And it's my server.

    MySQL is creating an account thread in clients database, but cPanel is not allowing to create an account.

    Please, help me!!!

    I've about 100 hosting users only.
