ZONE " A " Error

Hello friends and Cpanel team,

I am a newbie to WHM and its my first server.

I found on my server that DNS values are not upgrading properly. There is some error in NAME SERVER 2.

And also ZONEs are not working. Following errors appear when i try to set DNS.

Zone allianzsolutions.biz does not exist, a new zone for ns1.allianzsolutions.biz will be created.

Created DNS entry for ns1.allianzsolutions.biz
Add Complete

I would request to some senior staff or cpanel team to please help in the matter.

You may or may not get some response from cPanel staff. In the meantime it is not necessary to have a zone file for a name server. An "A" record is required though. If your zones are not being being updated then you may have an "rndc" error when starting Bind/Named. If that is the case you can search on the forum as that problem has been discussed at some length. One site available to check your DNS is www.dnsreport.com.

I just had my OS installation and cpanel installation. The problem is resloved. I will keep the site for my reference for future purposes.
