Zone Files Keep Getting Deleted - Urgent Please [moved]

We are using CP and Trustix. We had a few hundred zone files and then went to add a change to a zone and saw that no zone files existed in the edit zone files area in the WHM. We looked under /var/named/ and realized that the master directory was not there and there were no .db files.

We then added a new zone for a domain. ABout five minutes after we added it it got deleted again.

What is happening. This is urgent as we have now no Primary DNS

We think we have found out why this has been happening. It appears to happen when more than one person is in the WHM and editing the zone files. We only allow one person in the WHM at a time and this seams to have stopped happening.
