Freelance Sysadmin and PHP/MYSQL Programmer Needed

Seeking Part time on call sysadmin for monitoring server, backup management security, emergency management etc.
Also need someone who has experience in script modifications done in PHP/mysql

Java experience would be helpful as I have a plugin that needs to be developed in Java, but not nessesary.

Please be affordable? I like to pay hourly not fixed prices. This is long term part time opportunity to start.
