[Hiring] cPanel Technical Support Representatives
Sub 6 Limited (www.clook.co.uk) is currently seeking talented cPanel technical support representatives to join our existing customer support team. We have an immediate full time opening during the 9:00 – 5:00 (GMT) shift Monday through Friday. Other shifts are available.
Job Responsibilities * Resolve Level I and Level II support tickets * Troubleshoot various cPanel services and software conflicts * Upgrade and configure server software (PHP, mySQL, cPanel, bind, named, etc) * Proactively monitor and respond to servers using provided monitoring systems * Other tasks assigned. Example Responsibilities * Upgrade/Downgrade PHP and MySQL * Assist customer with the setup of email accounts and remote MySQL access * Determine why a customer is unable to connect to the server * Search email logs to see why email is not being sent or received succesfully * Fix corrupted server configuration files such as httpd.conf Please direct any questions to careers [at] sub6.com before applying.
