Script to change passwords automatically [moved]

Hello,

We have accounts set up in our modernbill and we use cpanel.

I need a script that will do the following:

1- Change all my cPanel users passwords with random passwords (except for resellers, that password will remain the same)
2- Update my modernbill database with the new password set for those customers
3- Send a customized e-mail to those customers with a message and the new password set

Is this possible ? Anyone can write us anything like this ?
