Wanted: cPanel skin designer!

We are looking for someone with previous experience of producing customised cPanel skins, we will likely need to two skins to go with our two brands, each with a slightly different feature set. There may also be continued work in maintenance of these skins.

Some linkage will be required from the skins back to our RoR based Billing/Customer Management application, so knowledge of RoR would be useful.
