Branding the webmail page

OK, I've searched the forum and what we "should" be able to do is add our skin to /base/webmail/SKIN-NAME. I did that and put a header.html and footer.html file there, but it still defaults to "x". When I login into domain.tld/cpanel/ we get the proper skin, so I know that the domain is setup correct for the skin.

Any idea what could be going wrong?

if you are using a reseller hosting account this is not allowed because it is shared with other resellers.


atleast thats what my reseller said. if you install another webmail script you will be able to.
