The issue is verified to be corrected in BETA (as of build 42420).
When available in EDGE, CURRENT, RELEASE, and STABLE, the official change log will be updated to reflect this status: cPanel Change Log
Here is an additional link (to our downloads site) for checking latest version and build number information: http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/#builds

I have 11.25.0-RELEASE_42399
At change of a theme occurs nothing, the page is overloaded but the interface does not vary
I apologize if there was any confusion in regard to my last update. The specified build number version and build (11.25.0-RELEASE_42399) does not have the fix; please note, however, the corrective update is in BETA for upcoming version 11.25.1 (as of 11.25.1-BETA_42420). When the correction is available in other branches (build trees) it will be noted in our official change log. Thank you for your patience and for the reported information on this issue.

This is urgent!
I am from Brazil and need to use my owner theme with my language...
I am using the release thread.
How can I change the theme from SSH until you fix this problem in release version ?
The fix will be in cPanel 11.25.1 (a future update) when it is made available; however, I have submitted an internal inquiry (in case #36215) on your behalf seeking information regarding back-porting the fix to cPanel 11.25.0. I cannot make any guarantees if it will be available earlier than 11.25.1 but if I have any new information I will update this thread to let everyone know.
Manually setting the theme will not alleviate this specific issue; however, the file that stores the WHM theme is located within the home directory of the applicable user (e.g., root or a reseller user), such as at the following example paths:
Code:/root/.whmtheme /home/username/.whmtheme

Hi Don,
Just wondering what the time line is on getting this fix out to the other builds as it pretty much renders all my custom WHM Skins useless as customers cannot change away from X

The aforementioned correction is now available in the latest cPanel 11.25.0 EDGE build (11.25.0-EDGE_42994). I tested this on both NIGHLTY and EDGE and verified a third-party theme may now be loaded successfully.
As a reminder, to help when debugging issues with a third-party theme, the WHM theme may be manually switched by editing the following file (in a user's home directory) that contains a single line specifying the theme name to use:
Examples (showing the default WHM X theme, "x"):Code:~/.whmtheme
Code:# cat ~/.whmtheme x # cat /root/.whmtheme x # cat /home/$username/.whmtheme x

Please Note: Important cPanel/WHM Version Number Designation Change
As of July 28, 2010 the cPanel/WHM version number designations have been officially changed.
Version 11.25.1 is now designated 11.28 and version 11.25.2 is now designated 11.30.
These new changes were explained in some detail recently at the July 2010 - Quarterly Road map - Webinar direct from cPanel's PodCast Studio in Houston, Texas with speakers David Grega and Mario Rodriguez.
An official press release about these changes is forthcoming and can be accessed at this link as soon as it's made available to the Forum Team:
