Copyright?

Hello,
I am intrested in making my own theme for CPanel, which i shall only be using on my server.

I wanted to use some of the images (the icons) which the CPanel X theme uses.

Is this against copyright?
Does anyone know any of the rules when making themes concerning copyrights?
