Cpanel Icons

Hello, im not sure if this is the right part of the forum to ask this but i would like to add extra icons to my cpanel skins. E.g. i would like to add a link in the main part of cpanel saying Web Hosting with a little icon above it like all the other links. If this isnt the right bit of the forum please could you point me in the right directrion
