The logout button was missing from the shareware version but not in the commercial version.

The ordering doesn't work properly.. I can't put 1 for the initial license...

The default for the first server is one so you don't have to fill it up. We didn't have a text field there in case people get 3 initial server licenses accidentally.
If you would like to order a license, please leave the additional server license field as 0.
