end path to custom cpanel page

Hi All,
I need to edit some icons and I am at a loss to find the files where this can be done. example: add specials icons for users and quick links to their billing account, etc. I just can't find the files to do this, the index nor the cpboxes.html file (?)

You certainly are the InfoPro - thank you! I never could find out what I did before to add custom boxes and icons, so had to make a new one. Not too bad though. That generator tool looks like fun, I'll give it a shot.
