This is the info I just got from my cPanel after I logged in
Kernel version 2.6.18-128.2.1.el5.028stab064.7
cPanel Version 11.24.5-STABLE
Architecture i686
MySQL version 5.0.85-community
cPanel Build 40052
Path to sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail
Apache version 2.0.63
PHP version 5.2.8
yes,i have access to WHM and also root access
no errors came up, the theme is just not showing in WHm or cPanel!
ahh, it does work, it just did not have the right screen shot!
Interesting theme. Neat, clear and modern. Although, I personally would love to have more color options because that shade of blue over dark background is just "good". All in all, I like the way the design has taken![]()
Content is the king. Usability is my God.
2 problems here. The instructions say "Once the .zip has been extracted, a directory that contains the new theme will exist as /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3/branding/bluetheme."
when it is in fact /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3/branding/blueroy
When I go to this step:
Click x3 [edit live].
I get a login window, I log in as root and get this:
Internal Server Error
Could not fetch uid or gid for : root
cPanel 11.25.0-C40255 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9
Also it could be a good idea to remove that __MacOSX/ folder inside that zip file unless it's needed?

I've relayed the typo information from the wiki article to our Technical Writers so it can be corrected to match the themes page noted below:
cPanel Themes
Regarding the error, I was unable to reproduce this issue; when testing I was not prompted for a login and WHM automatically transferred to the editing area. Please fully log-out, then login to WHM, and then navigate to the Branding area and x3 live edit page; if the issue persists please submit a ticket and PM me the ticket number.
Regarding the "__MACOSX" directory; I've notified the appropriate staff so this can be removed from the published archive.

That's correct. Those files are not needed for anything having to do with the theme.
