Same exact error I get on v11.25.0-R42404 WHM 11.25.0 x3.9.
Screenshot attached. Logging out/closing browser (I have cache disabled, but I did this anyway)/logging back into WHM had no effect.
EDIT: For the sake of anyone else having this issue, if this following setting is checked/enabled:
WHM -> Tweak Settings -> 'Disable login with root or reseller password into the users' cPanel interface. Also disable switch account dropdown in themes with switch account feature.'
It also disables the branding editor. This makes NO sense to me, as the wording of the setting doesn't tell me "hey, this disables branding" in any way, shape or form. The error message received, a failed login screen, isn't helpful either. And as I put in the support ticket to cPanel, if the reasoning (for the error) wasn't obvious to cPanelDon, an Administrator, then it shouldn't be expected to be obvious to a user.

cPanel: Latest Release Version [11.32.2.*]
PHP 5.3.10, Apache 2.2.22, MySQL 5.1.56, Perl 5.8.8, CentOS 6.2
The Blueroy style (I think it's confusing to call it a "theme") is the prettiest thing I've ever seen having the cPanel name on it!
I'll look forward to using it...once the news section ("notices") is available within this style (or I have time to do that myself).
Thanks for this!

Thank you for the additional details. After testing again but with the specified option disabled I was able to reproduce behavior indicating a failed login attempt when accessing the Live Branding Editor. When researching internally I confirm we have two related internal cases for further examining different aspects of the issue; they are still active at this time, but I believe the conclusion is in line with what you have suggested in that there should be additional notice or applicable help information displayed in WHM indicating that the Live Branding Editor can be affected by the specified option in WHM Tweak Settings.
Please note that the linked thread about changing the theme of WHM is unrelated to the Branding Editor.

Lee came up with some very clear verbage that makes sense (IMO, at least).
Oops...good catch, sorry about that. I'll go back and remove it, so as not to confuse anyone looking for an answer in the forums. That's what happens after 18 hours' of solid work...my eyes start crossing. :-/Please note that the linked thread about changing the theme of WHM is unrelated to the Branding Editor.

Is it safe to install this theme now? Doesn it work without problems on 11.25?
Yes; it is safe to install and works fully with cPanel 11.25; in my own testing and use of the cPanel Blueroy I did not experience any remaining difficulty. Installation instructions are available on the themes as linked here: cPanel Themes
If you experience any issues using Blueroy please let us know. For ease of reporting suspected bugs we have a link in the upper-right corner of the forums, labeled Bugs.

Hello Don,
I have a problem with javascript functioning in the theme. It says that users can expand/collapse sections and move them around, but I tried it from every browser, and it simply doesn't work. Also, what is very strange, in the "E-mail accounts" page, there are no buttons for "Change password", "Change quota" and "Delete", just simple text. And when you click anywhere in the field (but not on the text) - nothing happens. But when you click on the text itself (cursor changes to select text), then it opens the option.
Any comments on this?
Thanks.
At the present time the Blueroy theme does not use the JavaScript that handles drag-and-drop reordering of the sections on the cPanel home screen; I believe this also applies to the expand and collapse ability. It will help us to know, where did you happen to see information regarding drag-and-drop reordering of home screen sections in the Blueroy theme? I ask as it might be something we could clarify or revise to minimize any possible confusion.
Thank you for the report and information. When checking the latest Blueroy theme on a test system I believe I see what you have described; as I am not certain of the intended appearance I have submitted an internal inquiry relaying all the details to our design team so the issue may be examined further. Upon future confirmation of a new version being available I will be sure to update this thread.

Hello Don,
Thank you for your reply.
Well, first of all, on this page: cPanel Themes
Also, when you click "Help" in the upper-right corner of the theme, it will show you this:Distinctive features:
Lightweight and text-based for fast page loading.
Newly updated statistics graphs.
Expanding menus for easy-to-find features.
Available in a free download.
Blue Roy help page (screenshot)
It is obvious that these features existed in the earlier versions of the theme. I would like to know why they were removed? I was also wondering will you consider putting on a quick search box?
It is nice to know that you have submitted an internal inquiry to the design team. Thank you in advance for future updates of this thread.
I really like this theme. Clean & Fast.
The only problem I have come across is the "News Section".
Will this be added - or does someone know how to add it please?
Thanks guys,
Dave
Thank you for the information and for clarifying with the screen shot.
You are correct in that the ability to reorder the menus existed in earlier versions of Blueroy; to the best of my knowledge the removal was intended to be temporary and done only to ensure minimal difficulty while using the new Blueroy theme. While I cannot offer any firm guarantees I believe the menu reorganization feature in Blueroy may be re-implemented at a later date when it can be further refined.
