Legal issue question

Hello,

I was wondering if it's allowed to post the XSkin on a public forum for educational purposes? A recently opened a cPanel Development forum and people are asking how to create cPanel Skins. I think that if they can see an example (XSkin...) it would help them alot.

Am I allowed to do this?
