New Free Theme

Hey I made a new free theme for everyone. This one is inspired by the Xskins themes.

I have provided a screenshot of the Skin for you to view. I am awaiting Bert's final approval of the skin to make sure it is not too much like his XSkin theme.

maybe you could even make the overwritten stuff in crayon so that it looks like a 4 yr old is starting a cpanel theme company from this.

This is a beautiful skin and I see absolutely no similarity to Xskin -- other than the name of course. You might need to change Zskin to Xtheme to avoid possible conflicts.
