What is it that you are looking to do? You can already control the menu display and add and remove links as needed?

correct me if im wrong but rvskins and cpanelxp have added mbill integration where it will log you directly into mbill without having to login through the actual modernbill interface. I have not tested either so I do not know 100% but this is what I have read.
