Default Rearrange sidebar contents in WHM

    Hello!

I want to rearrange the contents in the sidebar in WHM. "Server Configuration", "Support", "Networking Setup" and the other menu (?) items.

    How do I do that?

I would suggest posting a feature request at Feature Requests for cPanel/WHM for this feature. We do allow re-arranging some items in cPanel itself, but we don't in WHM. As such, it's a good idea to post a feature request, or we could simply move this thread over to that area.

It is possible but not simple or easy, requires root access on the server and is strongly discouraged. To do it you need to:

    1. clone the WHM theme (see Universal Theme Manager in WHM)
    2. download a copy of the cloned theme
    3. unpack the downloaded copy
    4. modify the various command and command2 files to your desired layout
    5. repack the modified theme
    6. upload the modified theme
    7. switch to using the modified theme

Once you switch to a cloned theme, you will never see new features, nor changed features introduced by future upgrades. You would need to modify the cloned theme to bring in any UI changes made in newer versions of cPanel & WHM.
