we are working on a Cpanel manual, 30% complete. Laguage editor which allow you edit all message online without getting overwritten when update. And also 2 new design.

message editor will release next week. Cpanel manual have to take longer, approximately 1 month. . Now we got a dynamic tree menu which show only features which that user allow.

Yes. But there is no user interface online. You can download icss file, edit it and overwrite the old one. And protect it to prevent overwritten from our installer.
