restricting access in one directory into cpanel directory

hi guys, anybody can help me please ?

i making some changes and customization into my panel, i tryied to restric the access to one directoty into the cpanel theme folder, but .htaccess dont work, maybe that happen because one time the client login into cpanel all files in it are available without restriction or something that ?

If anybody know how make a directory into cpanel theme directory and restrict access with .htacces i will be toooooo hapy.
