Skin Creation

Never created a cPanel theme before but I would like to try, I have coded skins usings CSS in the past, don't know if cPanel themes use CSS. Anyone know where I can find information on creating skins, that would be really helpful, or if they could post any information here.

the best way to learn is to take cpanel X theme and start changing that you should learn enough to make your own skin.

cPanel and WHM rely heavily on CSS, so you should be able to do what you want.
