Skin creation documentation

Is there any documentation on creating skins? I need to create or modify a skin to disallow several of the features. Actually, I have a short list of features I want to include in the theme.

Is there anywhere I can find documentation? Thanks

To my knowledge there is none at this point in time.

I have 2 of our designers as soon as they have finished working on a customer's site which they are contracted too over the next 3 weeks, they will move into putting together documentation for our other 4 designers on how to skin cPanel WHM and Client Side etc.

I am interested in creating and editing skins and I feel sure that there are others who would benefit from any guidance you are willing to provide.
