    Default Skin Layout

I am working on a new theme, and I am very lost as to the best way to lay it out. What I'm talking about is the main &icons& on the very first page. For example, in XSkin, most of the mail stuff has one icon while vertex has it separated. Here is my preliminary setup. What do you think? Should I go with a scheme already made, or make my own?
Also, do you prefer 1 icon for each or textlinks?

I am pretty new to the WHM/cPanel stuff.

But I think the way you have it layed out now is pretty nice.
