Are all other skins worthless?

May I now shut down cpanelthemes.com? Will you serve international customers (is your skin language aware?)? Is the skin really fast or just nice to look at? Does it use headers and footers so everybody can modify it? Is it &best& as you state or just nice?

Just a couple of questions...

We respect other themes as well !
Especially your Language aware skin, we were rather impressed when we tried it out. In our eyes, that is considered Super Best Programming.
We did not name it Super Best CPanel theme to rule out other Themes. We actually got the idea from a movie.
It would not benefit us if we start condemning each other's theme too. I can post nasty comments about your themes as a revenge but that is definitely the way to go.

I would like to add that there are so many commercials on earth that claim their products are the best.Many even uses Tina Turner's 'Simply The Best' song as the theme. It doesn't mean that if Canon uses it for their digital camera advertisement that it has every other technologies that other manufacturers use.

Think about it.

Actually Canon isn't saying that they are &the best&, but [b:cdf6f08d14]simply[/b:cdf6f08d14] the best. That qualifying word waters down the claim and ensures that the competition can't initiate lawsuits for unfair advertising. In the consumer's mind though, the word &simply& disappears and just takes up the &the best& portion as significant.

It's the same with Carlsberg beers that say &[b:cdf6f08d14]probably[/b:cdf6f08d14] the best lager in the world&.

In your case [b:cdf6f08d14]super[/b:cdf6f08d14] best theme could [b:cdf6f08d14]probably[/b:cdf6f08d14] past the test as the word super could mean &extreme degree& of being best and not absolute best. Your claim is [b:cdf6f08d14]really[/b:cdf6f08d14] on the border-line. (As you can see I'm watering down my own statements, just in case. )

hmm, and I would have though Microsoft would have had a copyright on those images... are they royalty free? You did run it past their legal dept right?

Microsoft has taken the effort to even teach people how to make XP style icons at their MSDN site (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/e.../winxpicons.asp) and will be glad that people implement it in their software or in our case control panel.
And well, we did many icons ourselves too, with the Guide Microsoft provides at their website it makes things much easier.

Very nice, but a lot of runtime errors with IE 6.0 and XP Pro. You might want to review your javascript code.

Im running IE6.0 Win98 no problem with it.

I will try it on another computer which is running XP Pro.
But I think it is some harmless bug anyway.

Yes, Windows XP appears to show runtime errors all over the place. This does not happen with a different version of Windows.
