What is the most popular and/or fastest updated skin when new features come out?

I have purchased 3 separate theme designs from 3 separate designers. The ONLY one that has sent me any update notices has been http://www.cpanelthemes.com/ . The other two have sent no update notices to me what so ever in 3-4 months.

Cpanelthemes.com has a text based theme and have updated it regularly. I have been very pleased.
