X Theme Extract File Contents Issue

My host has an issue that they can't resolve. My VPS is running CPanel WHS and several domains for clients and all accounts are set up using X theme.

All of a sudden on Sunday I went to upgrade a Wordpress site and could not extract the file. It would upload the file but the option 'extract file contents' just vanished, making it impossible to extract files (only X theme).

My host says just to use X3 theme but I am getting grief from my clients who want to stay with X theme because they find it easy and uncomplicated.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?

No. But you might try using the X "Style" for X3 meantime. Look for the Change Style icon in your cPanel.

Note, the x theme is no longer maintained. Neither is x2, Monsoon or BlueLagoon. The x and x2 themes will be fully deprecated in version 12 of cPanel.

Please have your hosting provider set your account to use x3 at this time as the x3 theme offers the full functionality of cPanel 11 and is actively maintained.
