Hi,
I recently had an issue with a site where the analog statistics were taking up 14GB of space due to large logs.
In order to disable statistics for this site, I had to go to Server Configuration >> Statistics Software Configuration, then click "Choose Users" under "User Permissions." Enter a cPanel username in the box next to "Choose Specific Stats Programs for", click "Configure", and allow statistics program changes for that user. I then had to go to "Account Informaton" -> "List Accounts", click the cP icon to go to the domain level control panel, go to "Choose Statistics Programs", disable Analog, go back to the "Server Configuration >> Statistics Software Configuration"... page, and revoke the permissions from that user.
This would be much easier if there was an option on the Server Configuration >> Statistics Software Configuration page to list which statistics are enabled for all users with some check boxes to disable any of the three statistics options (analog, awstats, and webalizer) as needed.
