    Default Copy Site/ Transferring site.

i have several CPanel servers. I am going to rebuild one of the servers(server3). I have copied all sites from the one server to another one (server2).

I have one account (on server3) that I have copied before (over to server2) but since terminated. I can find no trace of this domain on server2, however when try to copy it, it is red and says it exists.

Any idea where I can look to find whatever remnants are left from a previous copy?

Hope this makes sense, and any help is appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi johnjr,

Please have a look at /etc/passwd, /etc/group, and /etc/userdomains for any references to the account that is showing up in red. If that doesn't help, please open a ticket on our helpdesk using the link in my signature.

    Thanks!
