Disk problem in my cPanel

My cPanel server started having disk errors by running a dmesg, the following message appears:

Will my HD is the latest? Or I can run an fsck to correct the errors, I have no RAID in HD.

The "SeekComplete Error" messages can often indicate your hard drive is failing. I suggest consulting with your data center or system administrator to determine the best course of action to take (e.g. backing up the accounts and replacing the drive).

The backup I'm doing, and will replace the disk and put the system in RAID 1, to prevent these alarms.
