cpanel trial license

we are quickly changing vps and will be using an external provider for the cpanel license.

I checked License Verification - cPanel Inc. against the new vps ip and a 45-DAY-TEST has been previously been used by that ip.

What is the best way sort out a trial period for that ip.

Your best bet would be to contact Customer Service. There's a link right there below where you typed in your IP address, specifically for this.

tbh i've paid for a new license. I only needed a trial one for a few days to make sure the install went ok ..

Infopro's right the cs folks are the best to help you. Email cs@cpanel.net to get things worked out. It sounds like you need a migration license.
